Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the Geneva Airport for two hours. By connecting to the “Free_WiFi_GVA” network commuters can have access to the internet. Passengers can reconnect after 6 hours for an additional free 120 minutes, or buy additional time for reconnecting without waiting. A mobile phone is required to receive the access code, or they can scan their boarding pass at any of the six purple “Free Wi-Fi GVA” self-service machines available throughout the airport.
Family Services
Baby Care Facilities are conveniently available at Geneva Airport. Parents can find a children’s area that comes equipped with kitchen, games, baby change facilities, and rest areas designated for children. The area can be accessed at the transit zone, mezzanine level. Operating hours of the area are from 08:00 am – 08:00 pm.
Children’s Play Area is accessible when passengers want to ensure their kids burn off all their energy before their flight, take them to the children’s play area. The play area is in the transit area, between Gates A5 and A8.
Information Desks
A Tourist Information Desk is available in the Arrivals Area, which also provides passengers with airport assistance from 07:00 am – 11:00 pm. If travelers are in Transit, they should head to the Center Square, where they will find an additional Information counter. Travel Agencies are available inside the terminal for passengers who are arriving in Geneva and are interested in local arrangements. Terminal 1 serves as the Main Terminal at Geneva Airport, and it consists of the five piers named as A, B, C, D, and F. Train All trains are departing from / going to Genève-Aéroport station stop in the City Center of the city in Geneva-Cornavin station (7-minute trip between the two stations, up to seven trains per hour during peak hours).
